As a mortgage banker and a seller of financial products, we know

and SECURE, and we are

In this Notice, MyMoneyInc.com™
is referred
to as we, our and us.
This initial privacy notice is for you if you are an
individual (not a business) who is either our "Customer"
or our "Consumer". A "Consumer" means
any individual who seeks to obtain or obtains a financial product
or service from us, in isolated transactions with us, that
are used for personal, family or household use, such as submitting
a loan application to us. A "Customer" means any
individual who has a continuing relationship with us where
we provide one or more financial products or services for your
personal, family or household use, such as a home mortgage. "Nonpublic
Personal Information" means any information that you
provide to us to obtain a financial product or service, that we
collect based on a transaction between us or that we obtain in
other ways in connection with providing a financial product or
service.
"Nonaffiliated Third Party" means a company that
is not part of our "Corporate Family".
"Corporate Family" means (1) any company that we
own or control, plus (2) any company that owns or controls us,
plus (3) any company that is owned or controlled by the same
company that owns or controls us.
2. Confidentiality and Security of Your Nonpublic Personal
Information
We restrict access to Nonpublic Personal Information about you
to our employees who work and service your account. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with
federal standards to guard your Nonpublic Personal Information.

Customers and our Consumers.

We are permitted to disclose all of the information we collect,
as described above, to companies that perform marketing services
on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have
joint marketing agreements, in accordance with applicable law -
such as insurance companies, insurance agents, insurance brokers,
private mortgage insurers and marketing firms. This enables us to
better meet your financial needs.
7. Information We Can Share About You With Our Corporate Family

such as: your open lines of credit; and
- Information we obtain from a person or company regarding

Companies within our Corporate Family who may receive this

- Financial service providers, such as: banks, trust
companies, insurance companies, and real estate developers.
8. Explanation of Opt-Out Right
If you prefer that we not share information, as described in
Paragraph 7, within our Corporate Family and if you prefer that we
not disclose Nonpublic Personal Information with Nonaffiliated
Third Parties, as described in Paragraph 5, you may opt-out of

have more than one loan with us, you must list all of your account
numbers on the Opt-out form. If there are multiple borrowers on a
loan, an opt-out request from one borrower will apply to all
individual borrowers on the account. Please allow us approximately
30 days to process your request, during which time you may
continue to receive information from third parties and affiliates.
